Night Sky Musings

The moon came out tonight to play a game of tag with the stars. It's mystique shown brightly gazing from afar. Imagination running wild bringing back picture perfect memories of that childhood nursery rhyme about a diddle and a fiddle and a cow leaping over the moon and campfires with s'mores at Camp Wawbansee underneath the stars in June. Oh to be young again footloose, fancy free, but a real blessing it is to grow older and wiser and recognize the grace He gives over and over and over...

Eclipse

Cloudy night no moon in sight.
Still and calm serenaded by natures
nightly chorus. The stars playing hide and
seek and the moon says you can't find me. Total eclipse renders the question have you allowed Him to totally eclipse your heart and receive the gift that is truly free...~LQJ-poetiklyspeaking

A Story

I have a story to tell
speak it softly or should I yell
It may be written all over my face
or tucked away inside my heart in a 
secret place. It may be filled with hurt and
pain or the thoughts full of rage driving me insane.
It may be filled with happiness and joy or full
of laughter and hope that nothing or nobody
can destroy. This story may be long in length or a
short stanza compiled from my memories. It could continue on 
and on and on and on or end abruptly with no explanation...

No time for pity parties or crying over spilled milk the cat or dog will lick that up. The gift of life is more than enough to Celebrate no special occasion required it's already one, no crowd needed and no reason just because!!!  Life is worth the living because He lives!!!
