Pains Response
Pain intensified camouflaged with a smileAll the while festering deep down in the abyss
amplifying echoing against the darkened hallows
suppressed by a ballad covering up tearful arias
A heaviness straining to breach the restraint that
conflicts with the chorus that resounds from within
the confines that desolation tried to leave.
